SHIPPING
1. How do you ship and how long does shipping take?
We primarily ship via EMS and UPS, and occasionally use FedEx or DHL depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- EMS: 6–10 business days
- UPS: Approximately 7 business days
- FedEx: 4–6 business days
- DHL: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and may be delayed due to public holidays, customs processing, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. How do you ship Botulinum Toxins?
To maintain cold-chain integrity, we include gel ice packs in the package to keep the products at a stable temperature during transit.
Korean-manufactured botulinum toxins are stable at room temperature for over two weeks.
3. I received a damaged product or incorrect quantity.
To ensure product quality, we carefully document all shipments with photos and videos prior to dispatch.
We are not responsible for damage caused by carrier mishandling during transit. However, if the issue is due to our error (missing or incorrectly shipped items), we will provide a free exchange and cover the shipping cost.

4. Can I return or request a refund?
Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that the following will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Round-trip shipping fees
- Import duties
- VAT or local taxes
Refunds will be processed after the returned parcel has safely arrived at our office.
5. When will my order be shipped?
In most cases, we offer same-day shipping for paid orders. Orders are typically dispatched on the same day payment is confirmed.
However, high-demand items that require restocking may take 1–2 additional business days to ship.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
CUSTOMS & TAX
1. Will my parcel clear customs without issues?
In rare cases, parcels may be randomly held by customs authorities. While this possibility is low, customs procedures are beyond our control.
If your parcel is delayed at customs, we will make our best effort to assist in resolving the issue.
2. Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Customs regulations, import duties, and taxes vary by country. Please consult your local customs authority for detailed information.
